Terms

Terms

Last updated 30 May 2026

These terms govern your use of Ofarwise, the desktop interview-preparation app. By downloading or using Ofarwise, you agree to them. We’ve kept them plain on purpose.

Your licence

Ofarwise is offered as a one-time £49.99 pass that gives you 3 monthsof access. It is a single payment for a fixed term — not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing auto-renews.

  • Every pass starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card required to begin.
  • A device limit applies to each licence. Your pass is for your personal use.
  • Purchasing happens inside the app; checkout is handled by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Ofarwise is a rehearsal studio. It is for preparing and practising beforean interview — researching the role, drafting answers, and rehearsing out loud.

  • Do not use Ofarwise during a live interview. It is built for preparation, not for real-time assistance in an interview you are actually sitting.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your licence beyond your permitted devices.
  • Do not use Ofarwise to break the rules of any employer, platform, or assessment.

Intellectual property

Ofarwise, its name, brand, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. Your pass grants you the right to use the app — it does not transfer ownership. The interview prep you create stays yours; on your machine, it belongs to you.

No warranty

Ofarwise is provided “as is”and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Ofarwise is a preparation tool: it does not promise, and cannot promise, any particular interview outcome, job offer, or result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ofarwiseand its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app — including lost opportunities or missed offers. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for your pass. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, United Kingdom, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Ofarwise after a change means you accept the updated terms.
