Most things are quick to sort. Here’s how Ofarwise works day to day, and how to reach a human when you need one.

Getting started

Activation is built to take a minute, not a meeting:

  • Download Ofarwise for Windows and install it.
  • Open the app.
  • Enter your email and confirm the one-time code we send — this verifies it’s you.
  • Your 14-day free trial begins right away. No card required.

When you’re ready to continue past the trial, you upgrade inside the app; checkout is handled securely by Stripe and your pass unlocks straight away.

Paid with one email, activating with another?

Your pass is tied to the email you verified, so a mismatch is the most common snag — for example, paying with one address and trying to activate the app under a different one. It’s an easy fix. Email support@ofarwise.com and tell us both addresses— the one you paid with and the one you’re trying to activate — and we’ll line your licence up to the right account.
